LOL, that's a tough one for me Favorite, since I have seen very little of the Stargate episodes overall.

For Atlantis, I think my favorite one so far was the one where they were on the world where everyone commited sucide at the age of 25. They believed that kept the Wraith away, when in fact it was some type of energy field around thier village.

That just made me wonder about our own morals and ways of doing things, if that makes sense. :P

SG-1: "Window of Opportunity" followed closely by "There But By the Grace of God"

Atlantis: "The Storm"

For SG-1 there is really too many to pick from. But let's see, I am going to have to go with "The Lost City 1&2".

As for Atlantis, I love the first one "Rising 1 &2" and "Hide and Seek". "Childhoods End" was also good. But I think my favorite so far would have to be "The Storm" It was a great way to end it for the break. Now I can't wait to see the "The Eye".

My most favorite episode would have to be the one, not good with names... :-X, where Jack and Teal'c were trapped in the time loop, I was laughing the whole time through the first time I saw that one. The best part, I think, was when they were hitting golf balls through the Stargate and General Hammond shouted (please excuse my language... PLEASE!!!) "Colonel, what the h*ll are you doing?"

I haven't seen a bad SG1 yet. In the first season, I kept thinking (and saying out loud to everyone's annoyance), "Well they left a hole big enough to drive a truck through at the end of THAT episode". But then they started revisiting the holes, and they started closing holes more promptly. Now when an episode leaves a hole, I start to feel some anticipation.

I just waxed poetic about "Window of Opportunity" on another thread. I would have to say that as of now (season 4) that is my favorite. We watched it 3 times (so far) and I don't think we're done. You have to wonder what O'Neill and Teal'c did in some of the loops they DIDN'T show. They definitely had fun leaving a few ambiguities in that episode. In the oatmeal episode, I got the impression that at least once O'Neill and Carter went a lot further than a kiss. :P

The episode in which a world had been transformed into a toxic wasteland and the survivors were living in a dome with a computer controlling the minds of the people, was a good one. One question remains did Sg1 cart off that computer and the mind control devices so that a similar machine could be created on Earth for military purposes? Another was when the entire gate netwoprk was down because of some kind of virus. If that virus could be rebuilt it would be able it would be able to shut down the Ori stargate. ,,,,, oh well Stargate Sg1 is history, so who cares what happened next.

My favorites are Window of Opportunity (SG-1) and Sunday (Atlantis)
