That's me, lol In the ST.com, many people asked me alot of Borg Questions, I like answering their questions. I answered as truthfully, logically as possible for questions that aren't answered detaily on the show.

Here's a Borg question for you, Vold. Do you think the Borg that appeared on "Enterprise" were leftovers from "Star Trek: First Contact" or do you think they got separated from the Collective and malfunctioned and crash landed on Earth? I personally think they were leftovers, but I'd be interested to hear the opinion of our resident "Borg-ologist."

That's pretty much all I wanted to know right now. If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.
The questions you answered were my initial Borg/Enterprise question. You also cleared up a few things about the Borg Queen and her time travel experience in First Contact. Am I correct in assuming the Borg Queen from Voyager was a substitute for the Borg Queen (Alice Krige) who went back in time? Then by the time Voyager: Endgame came out, they had cloned The original Queen (Alice Krige) to once again rule the Collective. Or was that just a casting issue from Paramount?
I guess this has created more questions. Is The Queen who was played by Alice Krige the same as the one Seven of Nine encountered on Voyager, before Endgame?
I'm getting a little confused...

1. Am I correct in assuming the Borg Queen from Voyager was a substitute for the Borg Queen (Alice Krige) who went back in time? 2.Then by the time Voyager: Endgame came out, they had cloned The original Queen (Alice Krige) to once again rule the Collective. Or was that just a casting issue from Paramount? 3. Is The Queen who was played by Alice Krige the same as the one Seven of Nine encountered on Voyager, before Endgame? 1. no, she's not a "substitute" in that manner your thinking. her body is a replacement for the lost body in ST:FC but the mind is the same person, they merely download all past Queens knowledge into this new body, which also means its the same Queen from the very beginning of Borg's existance. 2. Its just a cast problem, not a Queen problem, lol 3. Bottom line is = All Queens have the same mind & memories Its their body that needs replacing when 1 dies.

Ok our resident Borgologist I'm looking for a set of Borg smilies to add to Temporal Reality, but have come up short on luck I could probably make some, but they would not turn out as good as some premade ones. ~Myke

Either/Or.
I'm looking for ones with emotions such as our yellow ones, as they are going to replace our yellow ones. Like a Borg happy face, Borg wink, Borg laugh, Borg grin, Borg angry, ect.
I tried to take the Borg headwear off of the Borg smilies thats up, and put it on our current smilies after coloring them grey, but they were not good quality, it's hard to work with such small images.

Question:
Why do the Borg NOT have cloaking devices on thier ships? I'd more then bet they've assimilated a species in thier long histroy that has cloaking technology.

That's because the Borg are the most honest & fair race ever. Cloaking is practically irrelevant, waste of energy & space in their vessel. & with their capabilities why bother & also remember their true goal is seaking perfection & delivering their findings to other species by assimilating them. So why hide when you are presenting soemthing to them?

I forgot to quote something from 7 of 9. "There are no deceptions." I'm sure if they ask nicely & honestly, the Borg may consider lending some Coils The Queen herself tried to offer them a ride home once, though thats because she don't want Voyager to interfear, lol the reason IMO the negotiations failed in "Scorpion" is because Voyager wasn't being honest. & they got other agenda. If they had helped willingly & no deceptions, I think the Borg would have left them alone. & may learn that Individuals do have the inteligence of "harmonic" living & reconsider their assimilation methods 1 year. The reason i think this is because the borg like 7 explained, thinks that all individual are chaotic madness where Harmony won't exist. So far no one have prove their idea about individualism otherwise. So if they can prove to them they are not. There's a chance for peace. Oh & u guys may ask "What If" situations too about Borg. maybe somewho vs who or anything else. It doesn't have to be info providing only Like your why not use cloak, that's a nice question.
