I've noticed that over the past couple of days activity has taken quite a dip. So, the 50 pence question is: Where is everyone? *Tumbleweed rolls by*

At work. And I think you mean "quiet".

I suppose this is a good place to announce that late tomorrow I'll be leaving for Tennessee for nine days.

To be honest, I don't really have much to say. LOL Although I am a sci-fi fan, I don't usually talk about it a lot. And yes, I know, there are other topics here, but I seem to have come to a dead end, at least for the moment.

I'm not around much these days; I don't really have the motivation to closely follow what's going on. I've found myself with too much to do in my life as it is, never mind try to keep up to date here.
I do try and make an effort to chip in with some comments every now and then. Our summer has failed to turn up just yet so I may have a bit of free time to spend on the computer soon.

I guess it's that time of year again, where people are busy with other things that they can't go onto the computer and go onto internet forums. Well, life goes on...

I think it's only natural during the summer, everyone who's not working is out having fun and enjoying the sunshine. For every quiet spot there will always be a sudden burst of activity

For some reason I have just lacked the energy or motivation to sit at the PC and brows the forums I'm a member of just now, I have found myself sitting in the Conservatory reading a lot more..... I'll endeavour to get here a bit more often

Well, we can't allow ourselves to be run by computers. Even I allow myself a few breaks from here, there and numerous other places. Plus, throughout the week there's interesting stuff on the TV, so I tend not to come online until later you see.

I think it's only natural during the summer, everyone who's not working is out having fun and enjoying the sunshine. For every quiet spot there will always be a sudden burst of activity I agree with my wise friend. I myself have been MIA due to the summer. I've kept myself busy with summer recreation activities, but as fall closes in, activity will increase. I just have to give a BIG thank you for those of you whom have stuck around. A few staff positions are becoming available, if anyone is interested.
