There are probally so many enemies that there won't be a big enough poll.
My favorite enemy is the infamous Daleks! One reason I like them very much is because of their appearance. They are like pepper pots with plungers coming off them. A truly genius design of an enemy. Although there appearance maybe humorous they are still pretty scary.
They are rumored to be in the new series of Dr Who. ;D
So what's your favorite enemy?

I rather like the Daleks myself. Personally, I think their stories are amongst the best Who stories made. Daleks, "rumoured" to be in the new series? Confirmed more like!

The Daleks are my favorite Doctor Who enemies. The show just wouldn't be the same without the Daleks, which is why they can't completely write them off in the current series. Doctor Who without the Daleks is just not the same. And yes, at the end of The Runaway Bride, there was a montage of clips from the upcoming series. At the very end is Dalek Sec, who did survive being sucked into the Void in Doomsday.

But they got to be destroyed eventually. All the Daleks should of died in the Time War then one survived then died. Then another created a whole army of Daleks which was disintegrated by Rose. Then a few came from another dimension and brought with them a Dalek prison. Would be nice if they created a film about the Time War if they haven't already done so.

I really don't know whether or not they're going to really explain the Time War, or whether it will remain a secret. From what I see, Russell T. Davies is dropping hints as to what happened, and that he might explain what happened, but we don't know. Still, there are always the fan theories.

Do you know which Doctor was in the Time War? Most probably the Eighth Doctor, as in 'Rose', what we see of the Doctor's behaviour, he'd just regenerated. P.S. Hate to be pedantic, you're from the UK? If so, "favourite" is spelled with a "u"! ;D

Yeah, it would have to be the Eighth Doctor who fought in (and likely died) in the Time War. I've heard sketchy rumors about a movie in the works, but nothing at all concrete.

The Daleks will return in the forth episode of series three. It will be a two part episode and it will be set in 1930s New York. It seems the black Dalek, Sec will be there.

Sounds really cool! I'm glad they're not waiting for the finale to bring the Dalek back. That seemed to be becoming routine, with this new series (with the exception of the first season episode Dalek). 1930s Earth, huh? Sounds intriguing.

Should the Daleks been finished now. They seem to be just coming back and back. For a race that get destroyed they always seem to come back. Should it be the Daleks final days? Although Daleks wouldn't be the same gone forever. Perhaps they should create a new Alien that would be as popular as the Daleks.

It didn't last, they were scrapped and writers Mervyn Haisman and Henry Lincoln fell out with the BBC. Anyway, the Daleks are too popular to vanish now. Furthermore they're so determined to be the dominant species they'll stop at nothing and do anything to survive!
