I say borg becuase they can put a force field around the replicators and give them time to solve the problem. Plus they have loads of knowledge so the problem would be sorted quickly.

I am going to go with the Replicators just because I don't think the Borg would be able to assimilate the Replicators.....thats a huge advantage...

plus the borg cubes regenerative thing would keep the replicators supplied with material. and once they got hold of a cube they could make it better and have a huge advantage. like they did to the asgard.

What everyone seems to forget is the Borg ability to adapt. Whenever a weapon is fired a few borg would get killed the rest will adapt and the weapon loses its effect. The Replicators like the Borg seek perfection - in one episode of Stargate the Replicators were chasing a new built Asrgard sharship. When the speed of this new ship was increased the Replicators were destroyed, because the ship they were travelling in were not that advanced. The Borg have assimilated countless civilisations and acquireed their technology - the Borg are also selective in whom they assimilate. In Star Trek Voyager, the Borg had not decided to assimilate the first hostile race the Voyager crew encountered because they were technologically primitive. The Borg seek to find better and more advanced technology. If the Replicators have something new and unusual to offer than some means would be find to make them a part of the Collective otherwise they would be wiped out. Imagine a Goul'd symbiont taking over the body of a Borg Queen.

I need to look around more often...
Yes the Borg adapt, but it's much easier to adapt to energy weapons and energy in general, then it is adapting to projectiles.
Admittingly, I've not as knowledgeable as I could be on the subjects in question, to me it seems to stack up something like this:
Adaptability: It's a big thing for both sides, but only the human form replicators are only slightly bothered by projectile weapons; the others, as seen, are popped reasonably easily.
Maybe it was the bullets being holographic in nature, but I'm sure that somewhere along the way someone used projectile weapons against the Borg. Perhaps as a last dig kind of thing.
I'd post more, but I'm finding that I'm as inspired as I thought I was.
As for a victor between then, undecided.

Your forgeting somthing how r u spose to adapte to a replactor they just bite thinks and eat u. And also it would be to late for a borg to addparted because they would aready have a borg cube and would no wat they did to addpate

also the replicators were destroyed because the asgard blew up their new cool ship. get your facts straight. the borg wouldnt be able to turn a replicator into a drone the nanoprobes would just improve it.

In one episode of Stargate Sg-1 - the Replicators acquired human form and a machine was set off which froze them in time. They were stuck. This single incident could not affect the Borg Collective. The Borg would find ways to fight back.

You migh have missed the epp but the replactors escaped into a giant ship and attack the new asgard home world but they got away

that actually could happen to the borg in theory. the replicators were all there because the asgard manufactured a command protocol to draw them there. a similar one could theoretically be introduced to the collective.
