Replicators because they would start "feeding" on the borg and gettin its technolgy quicker than the borg could assimilate them.

Assimilsion works by injecting nano-probes into the bloodstream because the replicators are compuiterized they would have to use a virus to Assililate then. Nano-probes wouldn't work which gives the replicators a huge advantage.

The Replicators were trapped on a planet by the Sg-1 in which time had in a way stopped for them. The Replicators are not a collective - like the Borg. A Borg cube trapped in a similar situation would be known to the entire collective, the Borg would try to find a way to figure out how to deal the problem and never be trapped again. The way Replicators were mindlessly chasing a new Asgard ship, not realising that they were being led into a trap. Borgs would not make such a mistake. Replicators consume metal to make more of their kind, whereas the Borg assimilate living intelligent beings to populate their cubes. I would say the Borg would be able to defeat the Replicators.

The replactors could had escaped anytime they want, they only stayed to use the time machine to speed up time so they could advance

Yeah the replicator consist of trillions, maybe even quadrillions of individual cells that are connected to a subspace network. When a replicator is destroyed, the individual blocks/cells can rebuild into another replicator. They also adapt really quickly to technology (see season 8). They integrate anything they eat and continually multiply. The human form replicators are very intelligent and nearly invincible due to their more advanced structure (though only 7 ever existed). Honestly I think that the advantage they have over the Borg is continuously increasing numbers and the fact that they cannot be contained. They are like a Virus, they infect, adapt, and multiply endlessly.

Nanoprobes could disintigrate the replicators and then the borg could use the disintigrated replicators as a decoy while they attacked the others, you have to know, the borg could just corner the replicators on a planet and then blow them up by ramming like 20 cubes into it. That would solve the problem. that or the borg could open a transwarp vortex and send the replicators through it. Then they would destroy the transwarp gates carefully in the same nanosecond when the replicators were inside it. Or they could open a transwarp gate to another gate they catapulted far out of the galaxy. then the replicators would be stuck out there. or they could just aim them at a star and project a false signature of a metal sphere and watch the replicators melt in the sun. All the sheilding on the borg cubes means that the queen will be able to blow up any infested cube within seconds of the replicators entry. Sacrificing the lives of a million drones means nothing to her.

Just because the Replicators capture a Borg cube, the Borg Collective would know what happened and how it happened. The Borg could figure out how to defeat the Replicators in due course of time, may be not immediately.

I'm going to have to say Replicators. I've never seen a Borg that has a weapon attached to it to fire from a distance. Borg shielding wouldn't protect it from the replicators.
If replicators killed all the drones it could quite easily take over the ships just like what happened to the Asguard. If you consider the Asguard more powerful than Borg. Then the replicators won't have a problem.

I love how everyone seems to think these two would fight each other. I honestly doubt they would want to blow each other out of space, they are after the same thing and have nothing but benifits to gain from each other. They both do about the same thing, it's just the borg are more anti organic and the replicators more anti technology. While I personally believe these two would fuse into one big and very bad ugly (imagine a borg ship made out of replicator blocks, and infused with borg technology). But in terms of battle I think that it would be a stale mate. The borg are superhackers and have the most advanced weaponry (or close to it) in the known galaxy, and also have huge amounts of infastrucutre. They have no problem throwing billions of drones at a situation to fix it. I think it would just be a matter of who has the stronger collective presence, whoever does comes out on top.

Replicators would kill drones. When a replicator takes over a ship, it controls it, the human forms could use the same technology of the borg.
