Who would win this?
... The Borg many ships... a species striving for perfection... Controlled by the hive mind...
...The Dominion... Thousands of ships, millions of troops willing to die for their loyal founders...

I dunno... If the Borg and the Dominion had an all-out war against just one another, not everybody else, then it would be pretty close, but I'm not sure who would win.

My vote goes for the Dominion.
Sure, the Borg are no push overs, by no means, but the power the Dominion have is ten fold compared to that of the Borg.
While Borg drones are grown to to serve a specific purpose, it seems the Jen 'Hadar and Vorda are grown to perform specific duties. The Jem' Hadar also are born believing the Founders are gods s,o that goes onto their favor as well.
Remember the Star Trek Voyager episode about the war between The Bog and The Founders? The founder had totally (excuse my language) kicked the Borg's ass.
So in the end, I do not think The Bork would stand a chance,

Good points. The Borg have the ability to adapt to weapons, though...

I'm not really sure who I think would win.
The Borg could assimilate their ships and learn to adapt to their weapons. They could also assimilate some of the higher members of the Dominion such as the Vortas to learn their strengths and weaknesses. Before Voyager The Borg could of had a transwarp wormhole that went to the Gamma Quadrant.
The Dominion could win because they have so many species in their empire that may have weapons that will affect the Borg badly. Members of the Dominion such as the Jem Hadar will destroy themselves by crashing into their ships which could cause a lot of damage.

I think the dominion would win, just because the Jem'hadar would not hesitate to ram the Borg Cubes with their own ships or use any tactic necessary to destroy them. I don't think that Borg assimilating the Jem'Hadar would be a good thing because they are still hooked on the Ketracel White and I don't think assimilation would remove that addiction, so imagine the Borg needing that drug to survive. The Borg would put up a good fight but overall I think they would lose out.

So would it be possible Jem'Hadar drones would not need Katracel White due to nano probes taking over. The Borg wouldn't necessarily have to assimilate them all they only need key ones to gain knowledge about them.

I don't think there was an episode of Voyager with the Dominion vs the Borg. The Borg fought species 8472 (I think species 8472) I would love to know what episode of voyager mentions Dominion vs Borg. Thanks My vote goes for the Dominion.
