I probably just watched the series in too short of a time frame (all seven seasons in about four months...and the final one twice ), but have come up with some semi-random thoughts...
- Klingons aren't that strong, despite their greater size and warrior culture. In the episode where Sisko, Worf, O'Brien and Odo travel to the Klingon homeworld to expose G'ouran as a changeling, Sisko bests a number of Klingons, due to his prowess as "captain of the Academy wrestling team". Yet, in the episode "Take Me Out to the Holosuite", the entire plot revolves around Sisko's humiliation while at the Academy, when he challenged a seemingly small Vulcan to a wrestling match that ended with him in the infirmary.
- Sisko is a lucky dog, and better hope Worf doesn't find out. Think back to the episode Shattered Mirror - Sisko has to take the place of his deceased alternate universe counterpart, and part of the job is to convince an unjoined Jadzia that he is the leader of the rebels, who just happens to be sleeping with her. Just what do you think happens?
- Just how far down do the spots go on a Trill? Worf knows. Bashir knows. Even Sisko knows...
- Kira seems to be the only person to know what a Breen looks like under their helmet (twice she appears wearing one of their uniforms...Once when her and Dukat rescued Ziyal, and again in the final episode)
- Where's the bathroom? Throughout the series, we get to see virtually every wall in the O'Brien's (and other characters') quarters, and there isn't so much as an unaccounted for door. Is there a major interstellar market for Depends?
- Are the wrappers that field rations come in biodegradable? Both water and food come in packets, yet you never see a trash can...could it be the people of the enlightened future are litterbugs?
