Temporal Reality did this with Farscape, and with Star Trek Enterprise, to show our support for the shows we've come to love. Unfortunately it's now time TR supports the cause of saving Stargate SG1 from cancellation. In the headers here I have added a banner linking to the save SG-1 website, so be sure to check it out if you're a Stargate fan.

Stargate Sg1 cannot be saved. All science 'fiction' ideas have been exhausted. Dealing with new gods is the beginning of the end. Everyone knows a few more seasons these vicious aliens wold be eliminated. All that would be left would be exploring new worlds with no enemies. Stargate Sg1 is worn out it has nothing new to offer.

Despite my comments in the other thread about it being no wonder Stargate is being cancelled, I do feel it has a lot more to offer. The Vala character, Dr. Lam and others have a lot of potential. The continued exploration of religion through a sci-fi/alien perspective was interesting, and had a lot more themes that could be explored. After exploring he Goa'uld posing as gods and demanding they be worshipped, the Asgaard helping as the benevolent gods and the ancients as the omnipotent beings that refulse to be worshiped, the Ori was a natural progression. And Sci-fi is far, far from exhausted. :
