I have no doubt that there is alien life out there. I believe it so strongly that I'd bet my life on it. I think the sheer numbers of the universe pretty much proves it.
I also believe that there is life out there that will never, in it's existence, discover other alien life, due to the unimaginable size of our universe. I also believe that there is different lives out there, who have already discovered each other, and believe that there are lives that havent discovered other life, but will.
Where Earth falls into those catagories, I don't know.
Now assuming you believe in alien life, do you really believe the governemnt conspirices, the fact that governtments around the world already know about hte existence of aliens? And do you believe that aliens have aready vistied Earth numerous amounts of time, abducting us, sturdying us, crashing in Roswell, ect.?
While I more then believe in alien life, I have no theroies on whether or not they are among us, or if they are/have visting/visited us.
It's an interesting question, because believing life exists out there, and belieiving aliens have already been here many times in the past century, are far cries from each other in theory.
What do you believe?

Frankly, I find it hard to believe that people have been abducted and examined. There was a report on TV the other day about abductees. A psychologist said that if you believe that what disturbs you is the result from being abducted by aliens, and then go under hypnosis several times and keep talking about these "bad things" (which might actually stem from an early childhood you had forgotten about), you can actually make your brain believe something happened that didn´t actually happened. It´s called brainwashing. Well, it was something like that. And about the governments keeping secrets from us? You bet!

Its the things like Area 51 that make me think they are hiding knowledge of alien life from us.
I have a bit of a far out theory on why aliens keep coming to our planet
Earth is in fact a science project for these creatures. Millions of years ago they took some creatures from their planet and placed them on a new planet to see how they would evolve and live in a different environment, and we are the results of that experiment. They have to keep coming back to study us, study how we have developed and stuff and also that would explain abductions, experiments need to be done to find out exactly how we have evolved or whatever
Ok... so a little bit crazy, but its a cool idea even if it is very unlikely

I don't think it's crazy. I conterdict myself all of the time with my own beliefs, as I believe mutiple theories that cancel each other out, but I guess it's me trying to keep an open mind.
So some of me does believe that life on Earth started from 'out there' Be it intelligent beings came from another planet, crashed landed on Earth, was never rescued resulting in us. It isnt that far fetch, is we crashed a car on the moon, how many of us would be able to rebuild it?
So yeah, part of me agrees we came from 'out there' just not sure how.

I'd love to just know the truth, the real truth.
Also, think about it, think of how incredibily advanced a civilization would have to be to send ships here to Earth. Our closest star is 4 light years away. For us to reach that star today, would take us thousands of years I believe, so imagine how a race would be to reach us.
