Now this is the one where we find out about the origins of the Daleks. It is a Fourth Doctor story starring Tom Baker. It was originally broadcast in 1975 and also introduces the character of Davros to the series, who becomes a recurring baddie from then on. Now, in my opinion this is the best Doctor Who story ever made and broadcast, so quite naturally I'm bound to give it 5 stars. More info can be found here at the Doctor Who Reference Guide, and here at the BBC. So, what do you think of it then?

I quite like this story too and I have given it a four star. Anything with Daleks in deserves at least three stars. In this story the Doctor also mentioned that destroying the Daleks would also have negative effects such as alliances not being created. Davros is a good character and too bad the Doctor didn't complete his mission but luckily for us it means we have more Dalek episodes.

Yes, the great moral dilemma: Destroy the Daleks and become as bad as them. That really gets you thinking doesn't it?
