Haha.. he's pretty cool... But I still like Charlie and Sawyer. Oh, and ABC announced that there will be 3 more seasons (mini 16 episode long seasons) until the series ends.

Yeah, I read that earlier. Charlie is cool, as is Sawyer. Sawyer's a jerk, lol. Come to think of it, all of them are cool. I honestly don't think there's a boring or dull character in the whole show.

Jack's the star of the show, but I think they are doing a good job on giving everyone else good character development, and not only focusing on Jack, which is what they should do. I'm highly impressed. I met him by the way, Matthew Fox. 13 months ago he was here in my town along with Matthew McConaughey filming the movie ' We Are Marshall'. I got to meet both of them, but at the time had never heard of Matthew Fox before because I had never seen Lost. odds.proboards24.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=generaldiscussion&thread=1156043263&page=1

I disagree about Jack. I think through some superb acting, Ben has stolen the show.

Ooh, that's cool!
And, really.. I think all 20+ characters are all the stars of the show. I don't think any one character is more of a star than anyone else.

*Spoilers below not in the hidden spoiler table*I finally finished Lost last week, just haven't had time to post about it. I'm completely caught up and like everyone else am anxiously awaiting season 4. I was so wrong about a lot of my early opinions on the characters. For example, I no longer think Jin is a jerk. I mean, he was kind of rude to his wife at times, but I think that's just Korean lifestyle. I think Jin has integrated into the group of survivors well, and think he is a good guy deep down. I still think Hurley is cool though! I felt so bad when Charlie and Sawyer told him he was to fat to come along or help out, but was happy to see him use that Dharmah van to save his friends against Tom and co. on the beach. I was kind of wrong about Locke, as just about everything he has done so far has been disastrous, but I do feel he is right in the belief the island has plans for him. I'm not sure who Jakob is, or why he is invisible, but I think Locke is meant to replace Ben as the messiah of the island, or whatever Ben really is. Despite his bad decisions, I still really like Locke. I mean, I would have done the same thing in the hatch Locke did, preventing Eko from pushing the button. I too was convinced it was BS and nothing would happen if it wasn't pushed. I was so sad to see Charlie die. I know he did it for Claire, but still. Hindsight is always 20/20 and I have a feeling that when Claire and Aaron get on the helicopter, it will have a bad outcome. I believe Desmond's prediction was true, but think Claire needs to stay away from that helicopter. Besides, Charlie was easily one of my favorite characters, he and I are a like in many ways - I could relate to him the best, and like him, I too am in love with Claire. Okay, now on to my predictions. I believe Ben. I believe whoever is out there on the board Jack is trying to call are dangerous people, and I believe the Others and the Survivors are in danger is Jack gets through to that boat. I also think the Others and the Survivors will integrate in season 4. The Others are all but defeated. Their muscle is dead, all they have left are some unarmed women and Ben. The Others are no longer a threat to our Survivors any longer. It's also interesting to note that Ben's mom died during child birth, and once he came to the island women were no longer to survive child birth. And Jack's flash forward! I had a feeling from the beginning it was a flash forward. I mean I knew he was upset about his divorce, but he was never that bad off. I know what it's like to experience prolonged rough situations where I've made new friends who became family. While it was miserable at the time, I so miss it today and would love to go back to those days, so I kind of had a feeling Jack was feeling the same way. But with that said, what else happened to make Jack say none of them should have left the island? And who was in that casket that Kate didn't want to go see? Maybe Ben? I have no idea who is on that boat, or why Ben thinks it's so dangerous to contact them. I do believe Ben. Could it be the Dharma Initive? I mean once you leave the island, you cannot find your way back unless you know the secret way the Others knew. I've learned the monster is black smoke, to " security system", but what is it? Mechanical? Paranormal? And when Jack saw his dead father in the woods, and when Shannon and the rest saw Walt, was that the island's monster manifesting itself? And what an ass Michael ended up being, with what he did to Anna and Libby. I have a feeling we will see him again, but not Walt. I was reading a theory that the island is stuck in a time loop. That everything that happened has happed before countless times, and will continue to happen forever until everything turns out how either the island, or Jacob, or both if they are the same; wants them to turn out. I don't know, but do know this is an awesome show. I always said the new BSG is the best show on TV today, but now I think Lost has tied it, if not surpassed it. Thanks guys, I'm a Lost addict now.

Well, we don't know for "sure" that Charlie died.... He's just really close. And I agree about the "flash forward".. I wasn't sure if that was just what would happen if they left the island like they want to... or if it was just one of those possibilities. And I was wondering who Kate had to get back to. Did she and Sawyer get together? Yeah, the boat.. I don't know. We know it's not Penny or her boat, like they thought. But it must be affiliated with something if Ben thinks it's so evil. And for once, I believe him too. I don't think they should try to get rescued. They're on that island for a reason. Lots of information, but even more questions... I can't wait for the next season.

True about Charlie. I've watched Locke come back from all kinds of injuries and Mikhail has died at least twice already. I don't know what Kate's doing, but she belongs with Sawyer. I agree, they are on the island for a reason, and if you notice, Ben rarely lies. I know he's a master manipulator, but 9 times out of 10 he tells the truth.

Ahh, someone who agrees! So many people think that Kate belongs with Jack.. but I like her better with Sawyer. They're better matched. Too bad Jack told her he loved her. Yes. Ben's a truthful evil genius. The worst kind. Because then everyone else thinks he's lying, when he's not. I do think he has lied some of the time, just for a bit, so he can expand his plan or whatever, but right now, I believe him. I think that boat has to do with something much bigger than The Others. Yeah, I really do hope that Charlie comes back, lol.. he's one of my favorites. But since we didn't actually see him die, we can't rule anything out. Especially on LOST.

We have to wait until February 2008 to find out. What's the deal with these popular shows taking almost a year off? The Sopranos did it last year, it was about 18 months between seasons, Battlestar Galactica hasn't even set a date for it's next season, just told us "2008" and LOST is on hiatus for about 10 months. It's extremely rough for me with LOST since I watched three seasons in 6 weeks, now have to wait close to a year to continue.

I know, it's hard.
But I think it's because the final three seasons of LOST are gonna be "mini" seasons... and in order to show them all in a row without stopping, I think they have to wait until the winter "season."
