Are you serious?! The Phantom menace had tons of action in it. Gungans vs. Droid Army, Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan vs. Darth Maul + The droid command ship vs. the fighters.

The phantom menace lacked some action in some places BUT.. i think it would have been worse if it had action CONSTANTLY... i mean even at Tat. they had the pod races... at least it was some.

I loved the pod races. You could actually see how fast they were going. It was pretty sweet when those tuskan raiders took out a racer. It was fantastically done. I dont know how Sebulba's pod racer fell apart. I did bot understand how his engines suddenly gave way.

I can't explain it scientifically but when they were stuck together but coming closer to not being...Anakin sped up and i think it broke something in Sebulba's. Sebubla's wasn't as nicely put together and anakin was the better pod racer so he couldn't do anything. I think it's as simple as that.

I had a long hard think just now... They're all good but I think the one that made the most impact on me was Return of the Jedi. It was just nice to see how nearly everything ended.

I'm more partial to the original trilogy, than the new trilogy. And out of those three, Empire Strikes Back is by far my favorite.

I dont think I can choose between the old ones and the new ones. I think all of them are amazing and each movie gives you something different i think.

I'd have to say Empire strikes back, followed by Return of the Jedi. I'm a sucker for the original Although the new ones aren't too bad. My fav out of those is Return of the sith

I'd have to go with, by episode number, 4 then 6 then 5 then 3 then 1 then 2.
So A New Hope is my favorite by far.. it started the whole thing. : )

Well the new movies are much worse than the old trilogy. Return of the Sith is decent, but Attack of the Clones and The Phantom Menace both kind of sucked. I know its been said a thousand times, but you can't look past that annoying character of Jar Jar Binx. That ruined the movie. I don't think anything could have saved Phantom Menace from being a sub-par movies, but without that computer generated garbage character of Jar Jar, it would have been much better.
Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi are a very close tie as to the best Star Wars movie for me. A New Hope is a little slow, but it is still excellent cause of it being the first in a line of 3 awesome movies. It establishes the whole genre and lets you in on the characters of the movies, so it's a must watch and it surely is better than the current three movies that Lucas attempted to make.
