Is this a sci-fi movie? I reckon it is. For anyone who's yet to see it,
a. what rock have you been living under the last 4 years? b. go f**king see it you idiot!!!
It is the best movie ever I reckon. I won't give away what happens in it though, but I'll inform you what it's about. This guy who's got a real flying problem dreams that the plane he is on explodes. When he wakes up he hurries himself and some friends off the plane. The plane does end up exploding, leaving the guy and his friends alive. When the guy realizes getting of the plane has caused them to cheat death, it is a struggle to find out what's going to happen next...

I have seen both one and two....and although 2 was good....it was nowhere near as good as the first one.....I definitely rank it up there in the good section of sci fi movies...

It's not sci-fi. It's classified as horror or a thriller. What part of it is science fiction? Anyhoo.. whatever it is. I LOVE it. The second one was better than I expected it to be.

well...it all depends on what you call science fiction....science fiction can have comedy, horror, action subcategories. the only technical thing needed to be science fiction is "science" and "fiction" since fiction means made up...not true... all you have to do is combine that with the science part which the paranormal is(i consider the visions and the whole thing with death manipulating events to kill you being paranormal) so if you want to call it science fiction i dont see why you can't....i know it may not be sci-fi in the truest sense with spaceships and aliens....but hey..it works for me

Then I guess pretty much everything can be called science fiction. ;D

I have both films on DVD. The first one was a really great film. Wow... it was intense. LOL I also liked the second film but not quite as much.

The second rocks besides the fact that nearly everyone dies in a way that involves their head. It's crazy!

I've seen the previews of the second one, where the guy is cooking in his apartment, and death attacks him. He is able to escape down the fire escape only to slip and fall, while the fire escape ladder drops and gets stuck only inches from his head. I'm going to have to seek out the second one!

You'll love the second one. That's right that's the guy who just won the lottery, and he drops his ring down the incinerator, and being an absolute moron, reaches down to get it. What an idiot

I saw both of them and liked them both. Though I think the first was better. Plus the DVD version came with a coll extra, you answerd some questions and then it told you what day you would die on ..lol. I was still living on base in Fla when I and a bunch of the fellas watched it.. I think the extra feature was a bigger hit with them than the freakin movie was ..lol

I enjoyed the hell out of these movies so much I brought the double DVD. The car crash at the start of the second one was one of the best I've seen in a long time. The most enjoyable part of the first is the extras and the alternate endings, death is out to get you ...... you can't escape twice .....
