And that's what ruined the third and fourth at the ends, when they drop the lead on the alien in the compactor (no. 3) it jumps back out. I love how Morse goes "haha! I hate bugs!" and then it jumps out... also the fourth one that stupid human alien thing was so lame... and I hate it in the third how they kill the warden, he tries to save Ripley and they shoot him to hell. (he hits bishop with the pole to stop him) Also I love in the third how they call the warden 85 because that's his IQ... Yes... I loved that too. There goes 85. LOL And yes, I didn´t understand they killed the warden either but left that one insane prisoner alive and took him with them back to the ship. And as I said, I didn´t like the human-like alien either. In fact, I didn´t like the whole 4th film. Don´t get me wrong, it wasn´t a bad film but not as a fourth Alien movie. It just wasn´t worth of Signorey Weaver. I was so disappointed that she had agree to make a fourth film.

I have to say that if you make a sequel to a movie, then you've done great, because usually sequels flop. They try too hard to beat the first one, and they just flop. And George Lucas I think went too far with the fourth maybe...

And George Lucas I think went too far with the fourth maybe... It wasn´t George Lucas - he did the Star Wars films. Ridley Scott directed the first Alien film, James Cameron the second one "Aliens" and the third one was directed by David Fincher. This last one was directed by a French guy called Jean-Pierre Jeunet. (Whoever he may be).

That's right I knew it was one of the good directors, and I thought it'd be Lucas because he did star wars which is also sci-fi. do'h

Ridley Scott is a great director, but James Cameron is one of the best, that must be why Aliens in my favorite one. I have no clue who directed the fourth one, but it was an entertaining movie. I have mixed feelings on the Alien/Human hybred, but I feel on of the main reasons why Alien Resserection was made was because they were able to use alien CGI now, completly. I know they used some in part III to give the alien super speed. but the first two movies were people in costumes.
Now. .. as terrofied as I'd be to see one of the large aliens, nothing would scare my like one of those hand looking egg implanter aliens running at me. Remember in Aliens when Riply and Newt were locked in the medical bay by Burk, the sprinklet systems had went off and Riply was crawling backwards on the floor while that egg impanters were running after her? Great effects for a 1986 movie, very spooky.
Yes I'd have to say all the breeds of those aliens in general are probably the most terrofying thing animals to ever have the misfortune of running into.

I must be one of the only ones who really likes the 4th movie. I thought the hybrid alien thing was great...because they were doing cloning...and ripley picked up some alien traits like acidic blood and superhuman strength and so on...the alien also was given the genetic ability to have children instead of laying eggs...and the alien was definitely freaky looking...and i loved how it just knocked the alien queen's head right off....the guy in the wheelchair....I liked him as a character....ron perlman...i like when perlman drops his knife from up above into the leg of the crippled guy...and when winona pulls it out and perlman wants is back she breaks it...and he yells at her...says"I am not the one to be fucking with"

As for the hybrid, the idea was cool, and logical, as logical as sci fi can be I guess, but it was the fact that it was a new element. However, I do like the irony of it, the fact that Ellen Riply died fighting these thing, and was resserected only to fight them once more, only to actually oce on in the end. But I ask you, what releation was the hybrid to Riply, I never figured that out?
