...We alos had Admiral Data. We did a story line where Q was so impressed with Data's "Human" sacrifde of himself in Nemesis, that he plucked Data out of the Scimitar moments before it exploded, and then ala Traveler/Wesley Crusher took him and educated him about the uuniverse and not just humanity for an indeffinate amount of time, but returned him for Piccard's promotion ceremony to Admiral in 2384. We have Data set as an Admiral in our series which starts in 2456, then after a few episodes time skips ahead to 2463. We liked the idea of Data as an admiral, and couldn't bear to see him die. but again the future holds endless possibilites.

The great thing is that almost anything can happen and it would be "normal".

I'd have liked to seen Enterprise work. I'm not sure about a new series. I have watched some of the fan productions so I guess I am still open to it.

I think a 25 century series would be a great Idea because it can show what happens in the future of the federation and any new galaxies they encoter and meet. And since special effects have inproved so much it would look like if the federation has inproved its weapons alot.
